  • I received first-class-service from Holland Car Care.  I called them around 2:30 p.m. regarding a 60,000 mile service.  They allowed me to bring my car in the same day.  They arranged an Uber ride for me back to my office (free of charge).  Then, when it turned out that my car would have stay in overnight, the set me up with an Uber (again free of charge) back to their shop to pick up a loaner car.  My car was ready by 9:45 a.m. the next morning.  In, out, done.  Great.  Thank you for the two free coffees too. 🙂

  • I can't say enough about these guys' professionalism and service. I had a coolant leak on my 2003 Audi TT and was really dreading the repair process (these German cars are far from cheap to maintain). These guys took care of the issue for about half of what I was expecting to pay, and didn't try to oversell me on anything.When I first walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of their waiting room. Stocked with snack bars, water bottles, and a fancy coffee machine to boot, you can tell these guys are on top of their game. Check in was fast and painless, and when we were done, they even offered to drive me back to work. Brian, whom was my primary contact throughout the process, stayed in constant contact as they performed diagnostics. They estimated the car could get back the same day, but after the repair was done, they had to do some additional tests that they couldn't get to within the day. When they determined that they would have to keep the car overnight for post-repair testing, they drove me to Enterprise and got me a rental car free of charge.The next day, they mentioned that the local car wash they usually run cars through post-service was backed up and that I can bring it back for an IOU. Brilliant!I will absolutely keep coming back here, as I've never experienced anything quite so nice and straightforward in the realm of auto repair.Highly recommended!

  • 5 stars for Honesty and Integrity!!Called to get a quote for 3 services that Autobahn Motors had recommended.  Given my description and mileage of car, the technician said the Factory Manual does not even recommend those services until some 40,000 miles later!!He said they'd be happy to take a look to make sure nothing was really wrong with the power steering, radiator and differential fluids but thought it'd be highly unlikely.THANKS and KUDOS for not taking advantage of your customers.

  • I found Holland Car Care after spending hour on google searching for a good auto shop that specialized in European cars. Before my appointment, I went in for a quote and Brian was extremely helpful. He was able to schedule me in for an appointment right away and got my car fixed within hours. They let me know of new problems they found right away and gave me the option of adjusting my quote to get those fixed. This shop is professional, reliable, has great customer service and they are so easy to communicate with. They were able to get me back on the road safely and at an affordable price.   • We have brought our BMW and Mercedes here to do annual maintenance for some years. Last week, our Mercedes suddenly refused to start. We towed the car to Holland and it was diagnosed to be a faulty electronic steering lock.Shawn put together the paperwork to order a new ESL (not a simple process due to security considerations of this component) and kept us informed of the progress every step of the way. Shawn was knowledgeable, honest and to the point. The repair cost is probably 30% lower than Autobahn, a dealership nearby. Highly recommended.

  • My family has used Holland Car Car for 25+ years and they are wonderful. When I woke up on Friday morning to a car that wouldn't start, I thought I'd be spending the weekend without my wheels. Not so thanks to Holland. After getting jumped from AAA and the car to Holland, they quickly determined the problem, and had the new part shipped from SF and installed before the end of the work day.   • This is by far the best auto repair shop I've ever taken my car to. Both David and Sean are tremendously helpful with whatever service I need for my car. I completely trust them and don't ever get the feeling I'm being sold. I used to take my car to Peter Pan BMW where I thought I was getting great service. That was until I was advised to repair some oil leak that would have cost over $6,000. I was skeptical because for that price I was seriously considering buying another car. I thought it was best to seek a second opinion so I found Holland Car Care on yelp and had David check it out. I was pleasantly surprised that the repair would only cost $600. Since then, I've taken my car in for regular service and have been more than satisfied. I don't know much at all about cars so it's such a relief to have a mechanic that I can completely trust.

  • This is place is the gold standard of what a repair shop should be. Straight forward information, great customer service - hassle free. When I pick up my car I leave 100% of the time with no remorse. Very rare for a for a shop these days. No pushy unnecessary add on's.I used to go to the Mercedes dealership for service and repair. I got fed up with the dealership staff constant turn over and diluted pushy service managers. A friend of mine told me about Holland. On my first visit for routine service I not only saved 15% of what I paid at the dealership, but the service was outstanding.   • I highly recommend Holland Car Care to anyone who's looking for a mechanic. I brought in my BMW X3 for an oil change and maintenance service. During the inspection, they found an oil leak in the back pinion which they fixed promptly and at a reasonable cost. I needed to leave my car there overnight so they reserved and paid for a rental car so I could get home. They also drove me to work in the morning, when I first dropped off my car. Everyone I met there was super nice. I had some time constraints but they were flexible, very accommodating, and great about explaining to me what needed to be fixed. The were also honest about what didn't need to be fixed. They're awesome and I'm definitely going to be using them again.
