Do you provide a warranty for your work?

Yes. We provide a 2-year unlimited mileage warranty for parts and labor. (Certain exclusions can apply)

Can you help me sell my car?

Can you help me find a car?

Yes, finding our clients quality used cars is part of our business. We have access to thousands of one-owner lease returns, many of which are almost new. Owner Mark Schwartz will personally handle each sale.

Can you lend me a car while mine is being serviced?

Yes. We offer a loaner car during any major service. For smaller services, we offer Free Pickup & Delivery from work or home.  There is also free shuttle service available.

Will you let me know when I need my next service?

Yes. Consistent with our emphasis on maintenance and prevention, we keep track of service dates and mileage so you don’t have to. Depending on your delivery preference, you will receive either an email or a letter advising that your vehicle is due for service.

Will you give me a quote before starting work?

Of course. We are always completely transparent and honest with our customers, and provide a detailed repair or service estimate before any work begins.  Your trust is our top concern.

Are you able to service a car as well as a dealership?

Definitely. Actually we believe we do a better job. For example, we have state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, and all of our master mechanics and service technicians are factory trained and have have over 20 years of experience each. We offer express service, designed to get you in and out fast, as well as Free Pickup & Delivery from work or home!

Does my factory warranty remain in effect when you service my car?

Absolutely! You receive the exact same coverage.
